Windfall Levy Profit Act 1998All palm oil manufacturers, millers, palm oil estates holder, independent power producer (IPP) subjected to the Windfall Levy Profit Act 1998, are required to register and make payments at the nearest Customs office (Internal Revenue Division). Failure to do so will result in the involved parties being fined not exceeding RM20,000 or a jail term not more than 1 year, or both.
